1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using jiievo's website, mobile platform, or any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "you," or "your") and jiievo ("we," "us," "our," or "the Company").

jiievo reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the jiievo Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of jiievo services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree with any modifications, you must immediately cease using jiievo and close your account.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Requirements

To register for and use jiievo services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required by Philippine gaming regulations and PAGCOR guidelines.
• You must be a resident of or physically located within the Philippines at the time of account registration and gameplay.
• You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling activities or prohibited from using online gaming services under any applicable law or regulation.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or affiliate of jiievo or any of our game providers, partners, or related entities.

jiievo reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, and address at any time. Acceptable documents include valid Philippine government-issued IDs (passport, driver's license, PhilSys ID, UMID, Voter's ID, PRC ID), utility bills, and bank statements. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of funds.

2.2 Account Registration Process

When registering for a jiievo account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to update your information promptly if any changes occur. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate account termination and may result in legal action. Each individual is permitted only one (1) jiievo account. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts created to circumvent restrictions or abuse bonuses are strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of funds.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jiievo account credentials, including username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. You agree to notify jiievo immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. jiievo is not liable for any losses, damages, or consequences arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain account security.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

jiievo accepts deposits through various payment methods available to Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits specified on the Platform. Deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). jiievo does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose transaction fees beyond our control.

By depositing funds into your jiievo account, you confirm that the funds are derived from legitimate sources and that you are not engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal activities. jiievo reserves the right to conduct anti-money laundering (AML) checks and to request source-of-funds documentation at any time.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed through the same payment method used for deposits, except where technically unfeasible. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the Platform. jiievo aims to process withdrawal requests within 24-48 hours, though processing times may vary depending on payment method, verification requirements, and transaction volume. Attempting to withdraw funds obtained through fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Bonus Wagering and Playthrough Requirements

All bonuses, free spins, and promotional offers provided by jiievo are subject to wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits. Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before they can be withdrawn. 5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, colluding with other players, or using betting strategies designed to exploit promotional offers.
• Underage Gaming: Registering or playing on jiievo if under 21 years of age, or allowing minors to access your account.
• Money Laundering: Using jiievo to transfer, conceal, or legitimize funds derived from illegal activities.

• Collusion and Cheating: Coordinating with other players to gain unfair advantages, particularly in poker or other player-vs-player games.
• Abusive Behavior: Harassing, threatening, or abusing jiievo staff or other players through chat, email, or other communication channels.

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to law enforcement authorities. jiievo reserves the right to pursue legal action to recover damages resulting from prohibited activities.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

jiievo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent activity or identity theft
• Failure to provide requested verification documents
• Abuse of bonuses or promotional offers
• Creating multiple accounts or providing false information
• Engaging in prohibited activities as outlined in Section 5
• Business decision by jiievo management

Upon account termination, all outstanding balances, bonuses, and promotional funds are forfeited unless jiievo determines otherwise at its sole discretion. You may not create a new jiievo account after termination without explicit written permission from jiievo management. You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Before account closure, you must withdraw all available funds (subject to wagering requirements and verification). Once closed, accounts cannot be reopened without approval.

7. Intellectual Property

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jiievo and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds, winnings, or potential winnings
• Game malfunctions or technical errors
• Unauthorized account access resulting from your negligence
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals
• Interruption or suspension of services
• Third-party payment processor failures
• Internet connectivity issues or device compatibility problems

jiievo's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited into your account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless jiievo and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, partners, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Any fraudulent or illegal activity conducted through your account
• Any false or misleading information you provided to jiievo

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising from or relating to these Terms, your use of jiievo services, or your relationship with jiievo shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Metro Manila, Philippines, in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) or similar recognized arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration, with arbitrator fees split equally unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

jiievo is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and other applicable Philippine privacy laws. Our collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using jiievo services, you consent to the processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Communications and Notifications

By registering for a jiievo account, you consent to receive communications from us via email, SMS, push notifications, and other electronic means. These communications may include account notifications, promotional offers, responsible gaming reminders, and important updates regarding the Platform. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by adjusting your account preferences or contacting customer support. However, you cannot opt out of essential account-related and legal notifications.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and jiievo regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral. No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision.
